Founder and Director
Before he started Netrutwa Training and consulting our director Gauurish Borkar has worked in large multinationals like Microsoft, NVIDIA and BMC Software at various capacities. He started multiple teams from scratch and grown them year over year at 200% or more. He developed large roadmaps and delivered enterprise scale products. He is also well versed in experienced in cloud-based applications, web portals and mobile applications. He mentored many managers and leaders and turned around average teams to highly efficient delivery organizations. Quality and on time delivery has been his focus. He delivered very high-quality software with young and energetic inexperienced teams. He works with students to help them learn learning strategies. He has authored 7 books which are highly appreciated by experts in the field.
He is NLP master practitioner, certified trainer, PMP, Six Sigma black belt, Certified ethical hacker, ITIL and customer support certified to name a few. His strength lies in applying these practices in the industry and improve efficiencies. He has successfully transformed conventional organizations to new age agile cohesive teams. He skills are to develop proof of concepts, deliver enterprise projects and implement efficient processes.
His key interest is in people and teams. He wants to enable people and teams live a prosperous and joyful life. He enjoys working with people and organizations to eliminate their limits. He believes that all of us can achieve what we want to achieve. He works with many people and teams to achieve the unachievable. Kalyani Borkar
Chartered Accountant Finance Expert
Kalyani Borkar is a Practicing Chartered accountant and working in the field of finance from last 10 years. In the past, she worked as Financial Analyst in Credit Rating domain. She also possesses a degree in law and merit rank holder in 10+2. She won gold medals for debating and elocution at university level for consecutive 3 years. While she enjoys facts and figures in office, she is a poet at heart and has published a book of her poems.
